Baguio | Day 1

As promised, I’m gonna dole out the lowdown of the highlights of our Baguio 3-day vacation last week. What I will do is convene the events per day. So this blog post would convey our first day in Baguio.

On our way there, waking up super early, I really thought I would be sticking my nose on my pillow and sleep. But then, with Paula on my side, I only managed to nap almost an hour and what I did on the whole trip was these:

As we plan as to what place are we staying, my mom said that her former peer in Qatar Airways owns a vacation house at Baguio but since she won’t be able to come with us, we decided to stay at /Baguio Holiday Villa./ My cousins by the way (Paula and Renz), Tito Rene, Tita Grace, my aunt (Tita Lulu) who we usually go out with and my brother are my companions on this particular trip.

Going Nowhere

Oh hello there! How are you all doing? I hope everything’s fine, especially to all my fellow countrymen, since Typhoon Ruby has recently came in & so glad it went out from Manila already. My prayers are with those families affected. Don’t you worry guys, God will never leave us nor forsake us. He is bigger than Typhoon Ruby and any other storm that anyone could ever encounter! Can I get an amen?

As for my case, well, I’ve been implementing this resolution that.. Uhmm.. Well, I admit, truth be told, it’s not what I wish to revel into but it’s bluntly what I have to do. It’s for my good and this is pretty much what I deserve. To stop running after people who don’t even bother to include or squeeze me into their daily routine. Busy or not, if a person is important to you, you’ll make time for them. No but’s and no excuses. No questions asked. Am I right?
And what makes it worst is I always get ignored & unappreciated. Almost everytime. What makes it even more heartbreaking is that the people who I exert too much effort & spends my time with the most are the ones who takes me for granted the most, as well. They perhaps think that even how rude or unappreciative they may be to me, I would be still be there for them.

As a matter of fact, in line with people taking me for granted, I’m still stuck with the guy who for the record, had hurt me the most but I loved the most. Ironic, isn’t? Well, sometimes, when the reality has slapped you multiple times, you’ll realize that it’s about time that you stop letting others pushing and pulling you around like you’re some toy in a toy store. And with that, start moving on with your life without them. It may be hard, yes it is indeed hard. But hey honey, guess what? No one’s gonna/can ever help you forget and move on but yourself. Who says it’s easy? But there’s no harm in trying, yes?

Running away is not always a sign of weakness, sometimes it proves how strong you are because it’s not that easy to run away from something your heart doesn’t approves of but you know it’s for the best. So for today’s look, I’m pretty much busy with school stuffs, diverse events and such. And I’m more than a hundred percent sure all of us gets excessively busy at times and with that, we sometimes feel too lazy to dress up grandly, right? So here’s one of my go-to look or perhaps, my too-lazy-to-dress-up-too-much look:

Plastic Roses

Here I am once again, trying to smell the scent of plastic roses. Tee hee! Pardon me for singing. For all blujays out there, wave your hands at me! ๐Ÿ™‚ On the contrary, those who doesn’t get me & giving those weirdo glares, Plastic Roses was one of the effectual and formidable songs of Jessica Sanchez on herย very first but exceedingly remarkable album, “Me, You & the Music”.

Anyway, since my floral obsession once again exudes after /Not So Hidden Mickey/, and this time, on this particular look, it bare its wings massively. Not just one floral piece was flashed on this one, but two! For that, I opted to wear a plain tank underneath my floral vest. Trivia anyone? Well, outspokenly, the floral vest I’m wearing here was originally a jacket. Pat on the back, ally! Tee hee! ๐Ÿ™‚

Hereafter, lemme flaunt the twofold floral look! I seldom do looks with my hair like this. Hihi!

Something That Were Not

Oops! Before the fun filled family gathering! ๐Ÿ™‚

3 weeks ago (and so), the first ever rock band of our church, MT Krossย (Empty Cross) held their engage concert in our church itself.

At 3pm, we went to Max’s Quezon Avenue to attend my aunt’s son’s birthday. And so, we all had a wonderful time eating, took photos with my relatives & cousins, merrily bonded with each other and such.

Moreover, here are several ones of the gazillion photos we took:

And of course, since fashion has been evidently part of my life, and outspokenly, my life wouldn’t be the same without it, I made a Demi Lovato-inspired look with so much pleasure. Well, I bet multifarious of you are not aware of my lovatic-self, isn’t it? Here’s ze proof, fellow warriors! I paired my shirt dress with sneakers and incorporated my floral cover up with it (/same here/). Here we go again with my floral fresco-self! Tee hee!

(Sorry if it’s outfocus! Tee hee! Blame my bro photographer!)

Never Gone

In addition to my tutu series, here’s the second one. Pardon me for being such a ย fan of florals and tutu skirts. Tee hee! Apparently, I together with my bro killed our boredom and tried overcoming those unwanted stares we get whenever we took look shoots/photoshoots in our subdivision. How? We cottoned on and took stockpiled courage heading to the main road and having our lookshoot beside the joshing bushes at the corner.

At first, we’re a bit hesitant of doing so, although, to be scrupulous, we’ve been planning to have our shoot there but we’re just skeptical because since it’s the main road, consequently, there is a 90% chance of people and vehicles would pass by us and the owner of the house (where the bushes were) ย might caught us there. But then, we went on courageously there.

Here’s the denouement:
